Meet the creator

Emma began her hairdressing career as an apprentice, and after 9 years of learning from some of the best hairdressing specialists in her home town of Lincoln, she took her talents to Australia for 2 years to expand her knowledge and skills internationally. There she was based in popular Bondi, Sydney, and worked with high end brands such as O&M, Kevin Murphy and Redken.

Since returning in late 2019, Emma has dedicated her time to rebuilding her presence in the town and furthering her knowledge, including the discovery and exploration of Alfaparf Milano Professional products. Following her dreams of having a salon of her own, Emma opened Bloom in early 2023 with a hand-picked team of creative stylists.

As well as creating a professional, friendly and relaxed environment for clients, Emma is equally dedicated to offering a quality work life balance for herself and the team around her, spending much of her time away from the salon getting creative with art and exploring other cities, countries and cultures.
